We ordered flooring from Bryan in 2016, the flooring was starting to have problems and he immediately offered to find a solution, contacted the rep and they had since upgraded the flooring to a new product due to the old one having problems. This defect was at no fault of Bryan's or the installer, it was a defect in the product. Bryan facilitated us getting new flooring throughout our house at no cost to us due to the defected flooring. We love our new flooring (we ordered the same color) and havent had any issues with it. We will always use MHI for our flooring needs.

When buying flooring I would highly recommend Mountain Home Interiors. For one Bryan knows the product well and will tell you the truth of each product's limitations not just try and sell you a product that will make him the most profit. For example, will take the time to tell you the difference in carpet fibers. Most places I have been just try to sell what looks good when new, not what will look good ten years from now. That is integrity. Another reason to choose them is you can count on them to always make things right if something goes wrong with the job. We have worked with Bryan, Kevin and Ben now for over 13 years and have had great luck!
